Liqid accelerates time-to-value and increase the agility and efficiency of VMware virtualized environments by allowing customers to configure, deploy and scale host servers as quickly as the virtual ones they support. This new approach to server design called Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure (CDI), uses software to “compose” are metal host servers from pools of compute,storage, and accelerator (GPU) resources  interconnected by PCIe or Ethernet fabric.

The Liqid vCenter Plug-in brings the power composable infrastructure directly into the VMware vCenter Web Client user interface to simplify bare metal infrastructure management by creating hosts that improve resource utilization while meeting the exact requirements of virtual server, desktop and hyperconverged infrastructure environments, including previously impossible configurations such as 1U, 20x GPU hosts.
